Do I wake and feed her?

I just woke up in a panic! She's still asleep! 👀😅Her first stretch of the night has gradually been getting longer so I guess my breasts are getting used to not feeding so much? Will this effect my milk or will my body adjust? 😪My health visitor said don't let her go longer than 5 hours between feeds 👀👀it's now been over 6! ( She has great weight gain at 6 weeks she was 11lbs 11oz) thanks guys xx

I wouldn't wake her. Congrats! My supply adjusted after the first few nights. I no longer feel engorged overnight but have plenty during the day. If he does wake up in the middle of the night, I still feed him and he seems satisfied. I do not pump when he's asleep, and my baby will now sleep 6-8 hours.

Just pump so your supply won't decrease :) She'll wake up when she's hungry

Depends on her age- if under 8 weeks of age, yes wake her at the 5 hour mark. Its important for your supply and for developing her digestive system plus she needs the calories. If you go later than 5 hours for a night or two thats fine, it happens! She will wake you up if she gets too hungry lol.
After 8 weeks, you can stop waking them and should be able to go 9 hours at night without affecting your supply (and if your babe is able to sleep that long). I would also get the okay from your doctor too for cutting the night feeding
