Counting drawer?

At the very beginning of my shift, I count my drawer alone, the manager walks off. At the end of my shift, the manager takes off with my draw into a locked room where I am not allowed to be present to count my drawer to check for being over or under. There have been 4 occasions now where I have been accused of being short or over when counting has been done wrong. Is this right of management? I’ve had a lot of people say it’s completely wrong of them to not allow me to be present during their counting of my draw as well as them not being present when I count my draw. Also, Multiple times, managers have been in my drawer as well during my shift, which I personally feel is wrong. There’s a lot more horrible things at this job, but I wanted advice most on something that could get me fired/pinned as a thief. Thank you for any responses.
