Ladies, I found an awesome hack to produce way more milk while pumping. First off, if you don't have a Haaka, do yourself a favor and get one! I got mine from Target but they have them on Amazon too.

I'm 5 days PP today and I'm breastfeeding and pumping. I put my Haaka on one boob while I pumped the other one. I only got a little less than an ounce out of my pumped boob and I got 2 ounces out of the Haaka boob!

This is just what I've pumped so far since yesterday using my Haaka.

You also can have one hand free since the Haaka suctions onto your boob so you don't need to hold it there. 😊
