TDAP Breast pain?

I am 32+2 and I got the TDAP yesterday. I expected the soreness in my arm from the injection, but I woke up this morning with this almost bruise-like pain (no bruise) on the top of my breast (side where injection was administered) and the soreness on my arm is worse too. I just feel crappy. Its almost like an engorged breast feeling but only on that one side.. normal?

Most likely it isn’t a reaction from the vaccine, if it is it sounds like swollen lymph nodes. If you are concerned you can call you doctors office and let them know and they can determine if it’s a vaccine reaction. Either way try switching on and off between heat and ice on it and maybe massage your breast Incase it is something to do with the milk ducts.

I feel crappy too I’m 32.4 
Brest engorment I know happens in pregnancy when you have s clogged duct. You might want to try to use a warm wash rag no soap. And let it soak over your nipple in the breast your having discomfort in. Then try gently with warm water in the shower exfoliating it. It’s a good idea to do this to prepare for breastfeeding but don’t overdo it. Ask a lactation consult if your unsure how much is too much. If you over stimulate it will cause issues.
