I need a answer!!

Ok so me and my boyfriend have been having sex like wild animals,don’t get me wrong the sex was amazing, we used a condom our first 2 times then stopped. Well after that I took a pregnancy test, the test came out positive so I took another one to be sure and it was also positive, so I went to the hospital and my test came out negative, I got a ultrasound done and found out I had a cyst on my ovaries. Is the cyst preventing me from getting pregnant??
