2nd trimester and now sick

So I’m into my second trimester and my first went smoothly no morning sickness no spotting nothing...then last night out of nowhere I woke up and my stomach was all cramped up as though I was going to have really bad diarrhea or something so I went to the bathroom and then went laid back down but still didn’t feel better and so I went again and then decided to sit in a hot shower since it sometimes makes me feel a bit better I stepped into the shower and then Immediately had to run out to vomit and it was so bad! I hadn’t thrown up like that since my first son had his second tummy bug about a year and a half ago it was so bad!!! Now I just feel worn out and run down!! Is it possible to be getting morning sickness in my second trimester?!?!
