Always told to give it after. Don’t want to mask a fever before they give the shots.

I always did with my first two, but now with my third our Pediatrician said that the thought has changed to not give it to them at all since it can mask a reaction to the vaccine and the pain they have is only momentary anyway.

I just waited until my baby developed a fever.. which was around 12 hours after her shot. They don’t recommend Tylenol before now
