Frequency of ejaculation...?

Question

So my OH and I have sex probably most days in my fertile period (temp and ovulation tests) but he'll ejaculate twice minimum in a session, usually 3 times, sometimes up to 5 times 😏.  I know, the recovery rate of a teenager.!!!
I wondered whether we're better to go for 1 big load, or whether several loads is fine. I'm thinking, if the total amount of sperm is the same either way, he can enjoy himself more times 😉 
Anyone know anything about this?

I remember reading that after one ejaculation that the amount of Sperm decreases. A lot of experts say that’s why it’s better to do it every other day rather than everyday.

I've read conflicting information on how long it takes a man to recover his swimmers from 3 to 4 hours to 24 to 48 (typically those with low count). I think the second though fifth ejaculate will likely not contain much sperm; however, the first one should cover it. I think if you're resting 24 hours between sessions, you should be fine as far as swimmers go.
