Sticky cm on ovulation day?
So yesterday i had ewcm, but I didn’t feel any cramping or anything like that. Today i feel the cramping and the back pain, but my cm is sticky instead of egg white. Does this mean ovulation has already happened? Can you feel ovulation pain after the ovulation itself even though I didn’t have any pain with the ewcm? Not ttc, just trying to learn my cycle.
