Milk coming out of nose??

My 3 week old has been spitting up after I would say 4/5 feedings but the majority of it comes out of her poor little nose! I nurse her and occasionally she eats out of a bottle (from pumping). It doesn’t seem quite normal to me that she has most of it comes out of her nose just about every single time.

Does anyone know what can cause this or why it happens?? I thought maybe she was getting to much at once, but I don’t think I have a very fast let down to cause that to happen.
