No CM at all post ovulation bfn? Bfp? Help!?

What does this mean? 
I have very long cycles, and I think I ovulated yesterday.... had ewcm in the days leading up to it, and yesterday and today. Yesterday and today my nipples have been really sore to touch, and I’ve been rather tired, my cm has totally dried up too.... does this mean I’m not pregnant.... that’s what I’m reading online :( what normally happens if you did conceive?

For me, I had no CM after ovulation the cycle I got pregnant. I was also taking Claritin, which affects the CM, but did not not prevent me from getting pregnant. 
In general, CM doesn’t indicate much about pregnancy. Everyone’s is different. You can be pregnant and be dry, wet, creamy, any of it.
