Honest Advice Wanted‼️

Ive been dealing with my weight for like forever. I gain weight then i lose it and then i gain it all back again. Im currently trying to lose weight but like idk whats the best exercises for the things i want to fix. Please someone help! I used to be able to dance and play volleyball but my knees hurt to much now from my weight.

⚠️Things i want to fix⚠️

1: My thighs are to big but my waist is small??

-when i buy jeans i wear a size 2x which is normally about a 18 here and when i wear the jeans they fit perfectly around my butt and thighs but i constantly have to wear a belt cause they dont hug my waist. Its so weird i swear! I run through leggings and jeans so fast because my thighs rub together and they tear in between🙄

2: Saggy breast

-im 20 years old and ive been wearing a size 42DDD since 18 and my breast give me such a hard time! They hurt my neck constantly!! I have to wear a size 2x in shirt a lot of the times because i cant breathe in a Large anymore

3: My stomach

-i wouldnt consider my stomach big but it’s definitely not flat. It has that weird baby fat thats so fucking hard to get rid of. If i wear tight shirt or high waisted jeans they show my baby fat belly outline so i avoid them a lot!

4: Shoulders & Arms

-i feel like my shoulders is so fat like i was a tattoo on my collarbone but i cant even see my collar bone!!! Its so fat omg!!

Please keep in mind this is like so embarrassing but i really want tips on how to fix my insecurities and problems. Any workout tips would be great please..i know it sounds like im just complaining..sorry
