What's your 3 month old's nap schedule look like??

My 3 month could nap for 3 hours at a time but I limit it to no more than 2 hours. Starting to wonder if I should limit it more to 1 or 1 1/2 hours. What does everyone else have for their baby??

Haaaa my LO naps 4 times a day for maybe 30-60 minutes. I’ve struggling so hard bc then he’s cranky and fussy most of the day. He’s also still waking every 3 hours at night 😭😴

I let her sleep when she’s tired 🤷🏼‍♀️ she usually has one long nap around 3 hours then some shorter naps.

My LO has 3 -4 hour naps and then stays up from 8pm-12 and falls asleep by 1am and will sleep for about 10 hours

Extremely flexible. She naps when she's had a feed, nappy change and some play time (usually lasts about an hour, sometimes longer). 
If she's sleeping on/with me, she will usually sleep for longer (up to 1.5hrs) but if I put her down it's usually shorter (30 mins to an hour).
I found it important to teach her the difference between night and day so that around 8pm, when she falls asleep we dim lights and make a lot less noise (often use the white noise machine too). She's also placed in her cot at night only. She then feeds a few times at night, usually at about midnight, 2am and 6am but she does this with her eyes closed.
I feel like she's too tiny to sleep train yet but each mum and baby are different so do what's right for you and your lil one.

The only schedule / routine I have is bed time. And even that is best endevours and I'm flexible to baby's needs.
He sleeps well at night, so I let him do what he likes in the day in terms of food and naps.
It varies day to day. Total day time naps usually add up to 2-4 hours. Sometimes it's just one long nap, sometimes two shorter one, rarely three little naps.
I personally would only look to make adjustments to day time stuff if they are not sleeping well at night, or if you have to, for instance if they have to go to child care soon.

I wake my baby when his naps reach 2 hours as well. In the past when I haven’t, he slept terribly the next night. Generally his naps are only an hour but he sleeps 9-5:30 and 6-8 most nights so I can’t complain ❤️
