Small white bump on vulva?

I have a small white bump on both sides of labia minora.

Not painful, not itchy, just one individual bump, no clusters.

I don’t have any other symptoms.

I noticed it 2 days ago. 28 weeks pregnant with a rainbow baby, so everything is worrisome to me.

I’ve only had 1 sex partner, my husband, and even so, since pregnancy, we had sex maybe twice. It’s been months.

I have a appointment with OBGYN tomorrow, but just wanna see if anyone has any idea?
