When ur manager asks u if ur dating a guy from work what do i do??

So my manager is asking if im dating a guy higher than me at work as couples shouldnt work in the same store when both in a position of power however he has just left his job and im taking over as a possible promotion. However i was forced on by a guy thats in his 40's im 18 and we both worked in the company so i transfered store. So they dont want to promote me due to them thinking im some kind of whore for what happened to me even tho the police are on my side due to hige amounts of evidence (cum in pad and messages me saying no) so now my manager is asking if we are dating souly for the fact that hes a cunt and thinks im a huge whore due to me being raped.

I feel so alone and its still a touchy subject i dont know who to turn to so please be nice i just feel trapped and broken
