NEED YOUR HELP! Gender reveal sign I made for my best friend

Hi guys so I’ve made this sign from absolute scratch for my best friends gender reveal.

She wanted Steph and Bren Gender reveal and I would of liked to add a “S” to Bren. But I’ve done what she’s asked and she’s let me do everything else. But I need YOUR HELP. I’m not sure wether to add the little white flowers to break it up or not I’ve been looking and changing it around for to long haha. So let me know in the comments if you this to use the little white flowers throughout the vine to break it or just have the flowers in the top left. Thankyou in advance ❤️

P.S it’s also being recycled for her baby shower I just have to change the letters 🙊
