Hey gals! 💕

So my son since having regular food will not eat baby food at all anymore. But he’s difficult to feed regular food I’m not really sure how much food he should eat portion wise. 😅 Any tips or ideas of what you guys do with your little ones would be great! My son has 8 teeth and chews now I give him the mini nuggets he’ll eat about 3 and be done. And he’ll have oatmeal 1/4 of what I would eat. I’m worried he isn’t eating enough but then again their tummies are smaller! So I’m unsure about portions or food ideas. Heelppp 🙃
