Question!! Please help

So I had a miscarriage a month ago at 5 weeks. I went to the ER because I had been bleeding.. they did blood work and told me my HCG was dropping but I forgot to ask how my progesterone levels were? My question is, do ER doctors check progesterone levels as well? I’m worried I might have miscarried due to low progesterone.
