How can I get him to stop bitching at me?

So I get that living with another person for a long time causes irritations with one another but it’s like my bf is always irritated with me and puts me in bad moods and I don’t know what to do. YES IVE ALREADY TALKED TO HIM ABOUT IT A MILLION TIMES.

Practically every day we will be having a good day then he starts shit out of nowhere. As examples- he’s in the shower and comes out and sees I’m chillin on the couch looking at my phone he will get annoyed and have to say something like “always on your phone... crack cocaine.” And he’ll go on and on. The tone of voice he uses makes steam come out of my ears fr. Btw I’m pretty much never on my phone when me and him are spending time with each other so to get mad at me when he’s not even in the room wtf?

Or we will be chilling then all the sudden he has to bitch about how I didn’t put something away in the kitchen or something and call me lazy like?? Says I never had someone put me in my place! I’m the one who does literally all the cleaning, everyday, and he has the nerve to even say something like that?

He just picks out the tiniest littlest things to bitch at me over and won’t just say something once he has to rant about it and won’t shut up until I am just fuming. Then when I start to raise my voice even a little bit he says I’m too loud and embarrassing. Like?? He KNOWS he’s pushing me and pushing me and knows it will make me mad.

I have tried to do everything possible to avoid this but he still somehow finds something to start shit about. I’ve asked him do you enjoy putting me in bad moods? He says no but I swear he does. We almost always go to bed mad because he will never apologize. Then the next day he wants to act all happy and lovey until he decides to start shit again.

I just don’t know what to do he’s driving me fucking insane.
