Severe headache

To all my girls who have been pregnant recently or are currently pregnant... as anyone experienced a severe headache that lasted 24 hours or more and nothing seemed to work: tylenol, ice packs, sleep, ect... It's lunch time at my OB's office and I am nearly crying. If I cough or inhale too much I feel like my head is being squeezed. Hurts to sit up like all the pressures going directly to my head and my back of head plus sides of head and neck are hurting.
