Can't orgasm

So, when I try to masturbate (I don't have sex) I don't use dildos bc it hurts to put it in and out, which is a whole other problem. Moving on, I can't do anything with my clit bc it's either too much pressure or not enough for me to even feel anything. Please help. I'm really desperate. I've had the same problems for 3 years now and I just want to experience an orgasm.
