I am currently on 6 units of levemir insulin at night to control my fasting numbers. It’s been a week and my numbers still won’t come down below 90 where they want them. I’m so discouraged and worried that they’re going to have to keep upping my dosage for the next 10 weeks, or my body just won’t accept the insulin and my baby will suffer from it. Can anyone offer me some advice or encouragement? This is all so new to me and it’s so hard for me not to worry about my little guy being safe.
