First IUI in 2 weeks any tips/advice?

I’m just waiting for my period and then I’ll start doing my OPK’s. Any advice she told me it’s about a 20-25% chance but maybe higher since I’m 20 and healthy all my hormones normal no signs of anything wrong. Any tips? Ive been taking my prenatals trying to eat fertility food foods and drinking water I’m so nervous but I’m trying to stay calm so I don’t stress my body.

IUIs are really quick and painless... I just had my second one after a 6week MC. Each time it only look a few minutes then had my lay down for 10min. Sending baby dust your way. Good luck!

Ideally you want to have sex 2-5 days before the IUI. A short enough window that you'll get "fresh" sperm for the IUI, but enough time for your partner to refresh their supply.
Relax, and try not to stress. It's not painful or even really uncomfortable, and the insemination process itself only take a few minutes.
The hardest part for me was the two week wait afterward. It was as stressful and anticipation-filled as our first month of TTC.
I got lucky, and ended up with a positive after one cycle of IUI, after 18 months of TTC!
