I did this when I was 16. It was the most miserable relationship of my life. A 21 year old man who wants a 16 year old girl has some serious issues. There is something wrong with him. RUN.

to the 16 year old, they might not see anything wrong with it. but the 21 year old should. a 16 year old is a baby, and i *am* a 16 year old. a 21 year old has no business with someone that young, and i don't care if it's legal or the 16 year old is consenting. wait until both parties are legal adults.

I was 16 dating a 20 year old once. I thought I was in love, even gave him my virginity. He turned out to be very abusive(verbally and mentally). I put up with it for 5 years. Please dont do it. I know some people it may work out, but usually it doesn't. I wish someone would've stopped me when I was underage and told me it was wrong and that he's a pedophile.

I seriously doubt a 15/16 year old is on the same level (mentally) as someone in their 20s. Although, it may happen blissfully for a few people, I’d ULTIMATELY advise against it for your own safety and emotional well-being.

I met my husband when I was 17 an he was 21 .. we've been together 8 years married for 3 an pregnant with baby #1! I think it really just depends on who it is an how mature they are or what they've been thru .. that kinda thing!

My parents have a 5 year age gap, and they are very happy together... but this at your age is a different situation. I would wait a year or two. But if he is a sweet kind person that you have known for a while then maybe go for it
