How would washing his hands before sex correlate with canker sores?

Canker sores are associated to yeast infection and yeasts have always been very potent in causing UTIs and STIs. If you get yeast infection down there and have sex it’ll be much easier to pass on and back so please observe good hygiene. With or without canker sores, human hands are filled FILLED with all kinds of germs, its always better to take that extra mile to make sure you stay healthy down there. 
Also, I think it’ll be better if you guys get it treated first before doing anything, just to be sure y’know?
