9 weeks and I'm only now thinking about moving and eating better to be honest .. I've felt like a feeding machine and been eating anything to give me energy and not beating myself up but I've been out and started walking lots this week which in turn helps me want to eat better so hoping this is the start of me feeling myself and getting back to pre pregnancy weight 🤞
