Baby is 2.5 ish months old. About 2 weeks ago he started only pooping every few days. Last 2 days it has been multiple times a day. No fever. Drooling alot more.. could it be teething?? It seems more mucusy too. He is breastfed. It has been the normal yellow ish color.. but last one it is green.. could he be fighting an infection or something that ot is green.. few weeks ago it was a brighter green. He's been extra clingy and not sleeping the best neither unless in his carseat. This is my 2nd kid but the first was 9ys ago
