I went in for a confirm pregnancy test but end up having to go for ultrasound without know if my pregnancy is confirm.

A little background, I started having brown color on my underwear and when I wiped. My right lower side hurt as if I'm going to have my period but only come some days and if it come only last a few second. So back to my ultrasound. They said they saw fluid but no baby. They said it might be in early pregnancy but according to my last period I am 6 weeks. I was crying for so long today. My heartbroken to hear there is no baby.

Am I miscarried or have ectopic pregnancy or is my baby is fine?
