My son was born June 21 and has bad higher levels of bilirubin in his system. He was born two weeks early and his first bilirubin check was 8.8 and grew to 8.9.

Sunday when we left the hospital it was 10.2! So they had me come back the next day and have it checked again. I don't know what it was on Monday but today he had his first drs appointment and his levels were 14.9!!

They called me and told me I would need to come in tomorrow morning to have it tested again.

Has any other mamas experienced this? I'm worried about my little man... I wouldn't be against them readmitting him to the hospital but I really really hope they don't have to and I can keep my little man with me ...
