Is this a true positive?
This was my first Letrozole (Femera) cycle. I finished my last pill 3 days ago. I took it days 3-7 and today I’m cd 10 and my OPKs look positive. Could they be real or from the Femera?? And if it’s a true positive how come my cm is creamy?
