I did everything I did pre-pregnancy except for weighted hip thrusts. Second trimester was when I started to modify.

Practically everything, your belly isn’t big enough to be in your way or cause discomfort. As you get further certain things will just feel uncomfortable but listen to your body, and if you feel too out of breath, cramping, are in pain, stop. But there’s really nothing to worry about. You can run, squat, lift weights that you did prior and are used to. Swim, do yoga, free weights, ab workouts, everything!
