Help me lose 20pounds!

I am 22 years old, 5”6, and right now I’m 148.7 pounds. This may not be big to many people, but this is my highest weight ever and I am not confident in my body at all.

So, I want to lose about 10-20 pounds and get my confidence back.

I need help starting out! Any food regimens to recommend, apps? Anything with be helpful!
