Birth

I plan on having a hospital birth with no epidural , but will be open to pain medicine. Are there any moms that have done the same and have been sexually molested? I’ve been looking up hypno birthing breathing techniques and everything I’m just so nervous. My doctor told me i need to get back into therapy because when they check my cervix it never fails that i start to cry. I don’t like feeling anything down there unless it’s from my husband. So i need to get ready for a whole human to come out ya know lol. I just can imagine it now me freaking out and forgetting to breathe when i start crowning because I’ll begin to have ptsd or feeling like my space is being “invaded” in a way? My mind is set about not having an epidural.
