Can anyone provide some tips or success stories you've had weaning? My daughter is 16 months and I'm trying to wean her off breastfeeding and it's not going well. She throws tantrums and refuses to eat (sometimes for a full day) if she can't breastfeed. I have pretty much gotten it down to nighttime feedings BUT sometimes give it to her during the day to get her down for a nap. I just need ways for her to get to sleep without the comfort of my breasts.
