1. Do it when YOU and YOUR PARTNER are ready.

2. If you are not TTC, look up for contraceptives that best fits you. There are birth control, condoms, IUDs, morning after pills or Plan B and many more. Look it up, do your research and get the one that best fits you, your body and your partner.

3. Safe sex. Always. Them STIs ain’t gonna be the candy you want to get.

4. Consent is everything! No, does not mean maybe, perhaps, okay, lemme think about it or whatnot. NO MEANS NO!

5. Have a safe word that is easy for you to say when in need and the make sure your partner understand that when the safe word is said, whatever you guys are in the middle of, STOP.

6. Communicate. Communicate your way through. Talk with each other. What works for both of you. One position may not work for one of you. Communicate.

7. Foreplay is IMPORTANT! Both of you will thank each other after a good sex with a good foreplay.

8. Lube. Get some lube. If you are not wet enough and penetration occurs, IT. WILL. BE. PAINFUL. FOR. BOTH.

9. Pull out method DOES NOT PREVENT PREGNANCIES.

10. Know your cycle. If you are not TTC, best don’t do it when you are at your peak of ovulation period. If you are, you’ll know when is the peak time to do it and increase the chances of conceiving.

11. Always pee after sex. Prevents UTI (urinary tract infections which sucks cause it burns when you pee if u have them).

12. Sex can be messy but that’s okay. It’s normal. Make sure you guys clean yourself up afterwards.

13. There’ll be a lot of weird sound. So prepare for that. Sounds you’ll probably didn’t know you’ll hear during sex.

14. Oh! Always mark when you actually have sex so that any delay in period and you’re in doubt, you can always refer back and do the math and future you will thank yourself.
