Hey ladies, I am scheduled to be induced on Friday and am so nervous. I have terrible anxiety and have put off the thought of labor because it gives me a full on anxiety attack. I can’t sleep and just need some advice, words of encouragement, what to expect. ANYTHING to ease my mind. I’m also worried about having an anxiety attack during labor, will they give me any drugs to calm me down if I start freaking out? I legit think I might run out of the hospital room Lol I’m terrified of needles but know I will not be able to do this without the epidural. I’m so scared of it omg someone talk some sense into me 😂
