Newborn too attentive?

Does anyone else’s baby stay awake for hours?? She’s 12 days old and sleeps in four hour increments through the night and then will be up for 5 hours no problem before having her first nap..

Struggling with this tonight. It’s the first night she just won’t go to sleep. I can tell she’s kind of fighting it. 
Typically, feed her, diaper change, sleep. Tonight... she’s wide awake and cries when not held. Been sitting here for an hour and a half. She’s only 6 days old! By the time I get her to sleep, I’m going to need to feed her again.

Yeah my son is 3 weeks old and would sleep from 12 am to about 5 am then be up for the 3 to 5 hrs then go down for a 2 hr nap. Eat. Then up for 3 hrs and then down.
