Depends. If he’s fine with it then it’s OK. If he’s with another person (or you are) it may cause issues.

Not in my opinion. It is your child’s father and they are going to be a part of your life unless they are worthless. I have been with my husband for 8 years and my ex has been with his gf the same amount of time. I don’t post a ton of pictures on social media but I do post events and I don’t feel weird posting a picture of my ex at the father daughter dance with our kids or any other event in their lives. Unless a line has been crossed before or if he has asked to not be posted on social media, it’s fine.
