It depends on what knee he has his brace on you could try it on your side like spooning . my husband has to have surgery on his knee and we had to figure out different ways to have sex and I totally understand where you're coming from I was on top of a lot. If you have a bed that is kind of high he can lean up against it and you can do the motion in front of him if you understand what I mean he can just lean there and you can do all the work.
