white spots on back of throat??? no sick symptoms?

while i was brushing my tounge (when brushing teeth), i felt pain when i was near the back of my throat. i turned on a flashlight and peaked in the back of my throat and there were white dots on both my throat and back of tounge. i have no symptoms of strep or the flu or any other sickness. could this be an std??? or just some random thing?

i had some white looking patches around the same area before, it looked a little different to these though. but  i got concerned and asked my doctor about it. he did swab tests  for infections and checked for strep and it was all negative. he said i was  fine and they went away on its own. also had no symptoms. if you’re concerned enough though, itd be best to get checked at the doctor.

It’s possible these could be tonsil stones. Usually you can push them out or they dislodge themselves

I always got this when I had Strept throat. Go to the Dr though, it could be starting out as that. I think its just infection on them. I've had it like this where there is no pain then a couple days after you get the sore throat and body aches.. Strept is no fun 😭😭

I had this thing called herpengina, (don’t get scared by the name) it’s a thing that little kids usually pick up if they drink out of a water fountain or put something in their mouth. It might hurt a little or make u tired but after a week it should be gone if u do have it (that’s what mine looked like
