Anxiety meds

Hi ladies, I suffer from anxiety and didn't go on medication until after my first child was born I have been on and off it since then but feel like I will need to go back on it during this pregnancy. I am 4 weeks 4 days. Has anyone had experience with taking anxiety medication throughout their pregnancy? Did it affect the baby etc?
