My daughter was born weighing 6.6 lbs. Left hospital weighing 6.1lbs and weighed 5.13 lbs at first dr visit. I’m breastfeeding and my milk was a little delayed coming in. She is now 5 days old. We feed every 3 hours at night but either she is too tired to feed for long and no matter what we do she doesn’t wake up or she seems to feed for well over an hour, maybe even 2 (falls asleep while feeding but only wakes up when I put her in bed). We were told to supplement her feeding with formula and have tried that but she either throws it all up or rejects the formula.

Any advice? I’m worried about her not gaining weight.
