Help! My rise stopped...
Your supposed to have 3 days of continuous rise to confirm ovulation. Can someone tell me what to make then of my temp today? It’s actually slightly lower than yesterday’s.
I’m like 99% I ovulated on the 24th though based on CM and OPKs.
Why would my rise stop?
