Ovulation and feeling sick 🤢

So my opk was positive yesterday cd20 which is very late ovulation for me but I have been taking iron tablets this month! Now today I feel so sick is this a normal after ovulation 🤢 never had it before maybe I have a bug! Got a strange rash over my boobs too🤷🏼‍♀️
