Slow rising hcg - so worried

So I went to the doctor on Monday and received an hcg of 149. I went back Wednesday and was told my hcg is 248. So it didn’t quite double. My doctor said the fact that it’s rising is a good sign and I asked her point blank if I needed to worry and she said no, but naturally I’m still freaking out. Has anyone had experience with slow rising numbers and been okay?
