Breastfeeding Help
When I had my son 4.5 years ago I struggled to breastfeed him. I tried for 3.5 months and finally gave in to formula after beating myself up about failing. My mom and my sister both struggled to breastfeed as we don’t produce much milk. I am due with twins in February and really want to breastfeed them. Does anyone have any tips or supplements that increase milk supply? When should I start taking it if it’s a supplement?
