I went for a routine checkup with my OB yesterday. Everything looked good and on track except that I had ketones in my urine. Dr didnt seem too concerned but told me to start drinking more water. She didnt really go into further depth on the matter. I came home and made the mistake of googling it.

I passed my glucose test last week and have had good blood work and vitals so far. Has anyone else had ketones in their urine? Did it cause complications? Did it effect your baby? I've started drinking more and being sure to eat, but it's difficult with the nausea and lack of appetite/thirst.

FTM. 29 weeks. 12 lb gained so far.
