Just feel like facial features are off, what does everyone think?

We had an ultrasound at 14 weeks & the 2D one looked the same as yours but her 3D one was normal ! Just the way the ultrasound catches the baby.

I too was worried at my 12 week ultrasound, but of course it’s hard to tell especially mine being so early. I think your ultrasound tech would have spotted any issues with facial features at 16 weeks. Try not to worry. If it’s really bothering you bring it up to your doctor. I have my 20 week scan soon and that’s one of my fears. I just want to know that he’s forming properly. Ask your doctor and maybe they can do another scan to put your mind at ease.

ultrasounds look weird almost all the time lol but your baby looks all good:) when your further along you can ask for a 3D ultrasound and get a good look at facial features!
