I agree you should call the doctor, but they look like sucking/ nursing blisters to me. How old is baby?

Looks like normal sucking blisters to me, but it can never hurt to ask your pedi!

It looks like thrush my son had it its like dry skin  talk to pediatrician bc I'm no dr but I do remeber my son having that
