So I’ve been bleeding for almost 7 weeks now. Is this my period or still after birth bleeding?

Did you bring it up at your 6 week post part appointment?

Depends have you stopped at any point or has it been continuous? 
If it has stopped at some point and then restarted that it could be your period. 
Also it depends on if you are breast feeding, pumping, formula.... there are soooooo many factors that can effect whether or not you are having your period.
